As we embark on a few new construction projects around Cary and Durham I feel we are on to something special in Raleigh. Hi, I’m Katelynn! I used to be an ICU nurse, but now work full-time at The Inspiring Investment, alongside our team where I lead Marketing & Design. I grew up right here in Raleigh, NC, and met Uriah at Appalachian State University. On any given day, you can find me with a cup of coffee in one hand, laptop at my side, writing another redemptive renovation story. Other than Jesus and my family, three things I love are:

Hello, I am Garrett and I am originally from Indiana. After a short career in events and marketing there, my wife and I decided to move to North Carolina to mix things up in 2016. Shortly after our move I took a day job in construction to make some extra money while looking for work and the rest was history. I have been operating as one form of project manager or another in construction since early 2017. Flipping and building homes requires a focus and commitment to problem solving that challenges me to show up as the best version of myself every day and I love that. It’s fun knowing that I will be able to pass on some hard skills to my son, Gus.

I am a proud mama of 3 amazing teenagers who have aided in the development of my most accomplished abilities I hold today – being a rockstar multitasker, staying present and communicating well with other individuals.

Hi, my name is Nicholas. I grew up in another country and I came to the U.S. at a young age. I started working and learning different things along the way, in 2005 I started working as a maintenance technician which lead me to The Inspiring Investment.
As a crew member I’m part of the process of restoring and remodeling the homes alongside a great team.
Some things I enjoy are spending time with my family, a fresh cup of coffee in the mornings, and watching documentaries.
